Hi, I'm Alex! I founded Charm City Links in 2022 after noticing a blooming trend of custom permanent jewelry in NYC.
I recognized that Maryland was missing a similar personal experience. We didn't need another accessories boutique but, instead, a place to customize, create and truly connect with our loved ones. We needed a place for laughs and sometimes tears, the kind that come from honoring a memory or sharing a special day with loved ones. I couldn't find it, so I built it!
With a history in business communications and sales, connecting with people is truly where I thrive. Charm City Links has given me the space to do what I do best: getting to know you, personalizing every step of your experience and building an incredible community along the way.
When I'm not in the shop, you can find me on the porch with my husband, cooking my latest hyper-fixation meal, playing with my pups (Birdie & Riley), renovating my 1920's craftsman style home, or attempting to start my next (future failed) hobby.
