Lastly, we custom-size your jewelry piece to ensure it fits you perfectly. We then safely weld and polish, and you’re good to go! No, the welding doesn’t hurt one bit.

Our charms are made from 18k thick gold-plated jewelers brass, which is a great quality for the price. This means that you can create a piece that’s truly your own, without needing to spend a higher cost. All charms are tarnish-resistant, but will gain natural wear throughout long-term continued use.

For permanent jewelry, we offer the highest quality links available, but there are very rare circumstances when chemicals and natural PH levels will patina gold filled and sterling silver metals. If this is a concern, we encourage customers to choose from our 14k gold options.

For charm jewelry, we encourage you to take off your charm jewelry before swimming and showering. When not wearing your piece, store it in a dry place away from the moisture of a bathroom. Avoid spraying perfumes, self tanners and sunscreens on them as well. Cared for properly, and worn as occasion jewelry, your piece will last you. Each piece of charm jewelry also comes with a charm bar care card to ensure you have all the details you need to care for your new piece!

Due to the custom nature of all of our jewelry pieces, all jewelry is final sale and non-refundable. Charm City Links is not responsible for metal allergies or improper care of jewelry.

If you lose a charm within 14 days of purchase, we are happy to replace it, and offer re-welding of charms for free when brought into our store.
